As you complete the steps listed on your action plan, write down the completion date next to each step.
When you write a new action plan, save a copy of the old one to remember what you have achieved.
It is important to review your whole action plan after the time you set. Think about the results of each action step and whether the results have helped you achieve your overall aims, or at least got you closer to achieving them.
You may need to revise part of your action plan, add in new goals, or write a new plan. If you write a new plan, save a copy of the old one. This will help you to remember what you have achieved. You can use this information when you write your CV, apply for jobs or training, and also in interviews.
