Jobs to suit me

Then you can start to think about what jobs may suit you.

What jobs fit with my skills, interests, likes, and dislikes?

  • Take a job matching quiz to find out which jobs suit your interests and skills
  • Look up information about jobs you think you might like

What are the key points of each job?

  • What qualifications or training do you need – now and in the future?
  • What else do you need? (For example, good colour vision, fitness, driving licence, minimum age etc.)
  • Where will you work?
  • Who will you work with?
  • How much money will you earn?
  • If you do this job, what might you do in five or ten years’ time?

Your school or college may have access to Jed, the Job Explorer Database. You can use Jed to find out about you and about different jobs. Do one of the quizzes and Jed will ask you a number of questions about your school subjects, interests, likes and dislikes. Look at the job profiles to read about different jobs and use the "Suits me" page to see how those jobs suit you.
